ate 3/4s of the burger to find out it was moldy! went back the lady had the audacity to ask if i wanted another one, i said No and wanted my money back. she then tried to stop me and my friends from putting a review online over this. I ordered a large portion of fried wings for party over the phone and was told it would take 20 minutes for collection, which was fair enough. I arrived after 20 minutes, only to be told it would take another 8 minutes because they had apparently given my order to someone else. Why..?? Instead of 8 minutes, I ended up waiting almost another half an hour. There was no apology and the customer service level was very poor. Very disappointing experience.
