Great weekday breakfast at The Morning Mule! The café is clean, trendy, and casual. Our server, Cindy, was excellent—promptly bringing out much-needed coffee and menus with a great selection. The Caprese Avocado Toast Scramble and Greek Goddess Omelette were both fantastic. A wonderfully relaxing space with a friendly staff! Great breakfast spot. I went for the traditional breakfast with poached eggs and sausage links. Also ordered a side of corned beef hash (pictured) that I couldn’t touch because my eyes were a little bigger than my tummy this morning. My partner ordered the Notre Dame bowl and raved about how well the horseradish complimented the corned beef. He got poached eggs also. The poached eggs were perfect. Cooked whites with a runny yolk. The Bloody Mary comes with plenty of garnish and the blood orange mimosa tasted fresh and light. We will be back! Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was driving home from College in Wisconsin back to Connecticut and wanted to stop somewhere for breakfast. This place is legit. Not even 5 minutes off the highway. Meat lovers omelette legit had height to it because it was so stuffed. Home fries were great. Pancake with maple glaze was awesome. When I drive back out in late August I will have to stop again.
