I was planning to visit Itabashi for the first time in a while, so I was looking for a restaurant to eat ramen for lunch, but Mr. Morris' review made me smile. I feel like I'm feeling weird somehow...lol The most important thing is the taste, but it's really delicious. I think there are many different types of Chinese noodles with fresh water soup, but rather than the traditional, simple Chinese noodles, I think they have a stronger impression of modern, sophisticated and mellow noodles. This impression may be due to the evaluation of the noodles.
