Visited with my partner today, we ordered breakfasts at 12:06pm expecting a proper, hot meal, but what we were served was a sad excuse for food. The bacon was so severely undercooked it looked like it was still oinking, and the mushrooms were damp, unappetising, and smelled off. To add, we were told the cafe had run out of Lorne sausage. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable given that the cafe is located directly inside a fully stocked Morrisons supermarket!!!!!! To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow. We were left waiting for 35 minutes for our food. Throughout this wait and during our interactions, the staff showed a complete lack of urgency and acted as though they simply did not care about the customers at all. As a paying customer, I expect a basic standard of food safety, quality, and hospitality. Today's visit FAILED on every single count and left me incredibly angry. Disgusting!!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20

Ordered at the machine you do yourself. Wasn't till I paid. I heard worker at till telling customers it would be 30 minute for any hot food. Should of let people at machine know before ordering. Coffee tasted like a teabag had burst in it. Only 1 coffee machine working.Took 45 minutes for food to come. Tables where disgusting. Morrisons cafe has really went downhill. Will not be returning. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20
