My recent shopping trip to Morrisons was excellent. The store was clean, calm, and well‑organised, making it easy to find everything I needed. Staff were polite and professional, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. I didn’t visit the café, deli, or fish counter simply because I was short on time — not because I was dissatisfied. Went to morrisons cafe for lunch today took 20 mins to serve at the counter with staff walking back and forth passing a queue of customers. When I got finally got to order half the food was out of stock on the menu which is abit of a joke considering its attached to a morrisons super market. To top it off both coffee machines needed servicing after selling me the cup. Honest opinion you need to get some youth staff in, the current lot are in a day dream and unorganised. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
