Yesterday I was absolutely speechless about what I was able to experience at Morso on Nordendstraße. After a short wait, I ordered a cappuccino for 3.60 euros and was asked whether I wanted to pay in cash or by card. So, firstly, I don't take a card in my hand for 3.60 euros and secondly, I don't have to cash in straight away, but instead set up a cash machine into which you can then put the cash. Are you crazy. Then why not put a robot in place to operate the coffee machine? You then also save on the salary for the employees. Or does the operator not trust his employees to collect correctly? Thirdly, this cash machine doesn't even show that one of the pieces of money has not been accepted and the ejection container is so far down on the machine and in the dark that you don't notice that the piece of money has fallen through. In addition, you don't hear the clatter of the coin in the collecting container, as there is always a certain level of noise in the Morso (coffee machine, other people talking). Then I had to let one of the waitresses tell me that I didn't want to pay enough. Luckily there was a friendly man standing next to me who saw that the coin was in the collection container at the bottom. But the highlight of my visit was that in this very small Morso in the window niche, barely a meter away from the coffee machine and the croissants etc., a young woman was giving her baby fresh diapers. Are you crazy. This is so unsanitary, unsavory and absolutely unacceptable. I will never enter the Morso on Nordendstrasse again, customers are being ripped off with the cash machine and no attention is paid to hygiene. No thanks, you don't need places like that.
