I’ve got to tell you, the food somehow tastes better than it already looks, and every plate Mosaic serves is beautiful! An incredible find in liege, and if you want a carefully thought out and seasonal meal I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Great service, we had no issue speaking English and their staff made the extra effort to explain what was in every dish when it was brought to the table. We felt that they really cared about our experience. Very warm and friendly, we were able to take our time with the service and order new drinks between plates. The space itself is cozy and not cramped (we went during a 35c+ heat wave, and on the back terrace it was very manageable). Great for couples or medium sized groups. The food itself is what was most memorable. 5 dishes and each had really interesting and creative flavors and each was refreshing and different. The menu changes monthly, so it’s worth checking what the current one is on their website. Vegetarian options were incredible . Portions were well balanced and spread out Super glad we went Price per person: €60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: It is a fixed menu with some options, but they have incredible vegetarian food
