MASSIVE DROP IN QUALITY. I got a house special pho and couldn't believe my eyes at how much they skimped on the portion. There were literally 3 tiny one-inch pieces of tendon, maybe 5-6 thin slices of beef, 3 HALVES of a beef ball, and the pho portion could fit in a 1-cup sized measuring cup. This is far, far from what this place was before. I feel ripped off. Service: Take out Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1
