Went to eat several days ago, we waited over 10 minutes just for a server to come to our table, maybe longer. Long enough that we were just contemplating leaving (we should have). Waitress arrives and asked how long we had been waiting and I told her over 10 minutes, she says don’t worry I won’t forget about you guys while you’re here. Well, she forgot our appetizer order, she forgot to refill our drinks (she asked if we wanted refills as she was clearing the table), and tried to charge us for a glass of wine that I didn’t get because they didn’t have what I asked for in stock. I’ve been several times and every time it seems like whoever our server is (it’s never been the same person) they don’t seem like they want to be at work. Disappointing.

Horrible experience tonight. Sat out back (as part of a large group) where 2 of the 3 televisions had soccer and the other TV had college football. Several of us wanted to watch the Yankees - Red Sox playoff game but were told by our waitress that only the bartender has permission to use the remote and that the bartender was super busy. I.had asked for a beer and a water, waited 20 minutes, and only got the beer (a very mediocre local brew that I was charged $6 for). Still wanting to see the baseball game, so I went in and asked the bartender and she told me how busy she was making drinks and providing food. Finally, I left. I wanted to order food but will instead just go to bed hungry tonight. I will never set foot in Mother Ruckers again. Horrible excuse for an on post sports bar.
