I had one big culinary wish for our trip to Japan and that was to eat a Kaiseki diner in Gion. The chefs and staff at Motose made my wish come true and more! The food was, dish for dish, amazing to mindblowing. The staff where super helpful in explaning the dishes and sometimes how to eat them :). But the best part for me was the interaction with the chef, and souschefs. A smile, a nod and little chats with the staff and their willingness to grant my wish to bring an extra dessert home to my girlfriend who was so sweet to stay at the hotel with our daughter. That is was makes these nights special and memorable. Thank you Motose for this magical night! One that I will remember and cherish!
