Merci pour votre remarque qui nous sera certainement très utile, mais je pense que se parquer sur une place handicapé et avoir été condescendant avec une personne âgée de 85 ans n'est pas très agréable non plus. de plus vous n'étiez pas client dans notre établissement. Nous tacherons de vous le dire la prochaine fois avec le sourire.
