Hi Karma, Thank you for your feedback. We are actually, quite frustrated with the issues related to the toilet ourselves. Who wouldn’t want a clean toilet for their own use and the customers We have been giving it high priority and maintaining it in the cleanest condition possible. We clean it everyday and try to clean it in between the busy hours too. However, we are facing the following dilemma with regard to it - Firstly, it is a shared toilet area and while there are two toilets, one of the it is being used by the next shop. And we share a common general entry point and ours is on the corner, Which means that even if we clean our bit (sometimes we do there area too), it tends to get dirty as long as they do their bit. We are jointly trying to work on it - and since it is an outdoor facilities and how much ever we sweep the outside, the wind blows the debris into the ground closure - Also, the water outlet for the Aircoolers falls on their area and there is water around constantly. The owner has been informed - and, how much ever we clean the facility, if the facility users are not really concerned to care about the next user and leaves things untidy after use, it becomes rather impossible for us to actually maintain the tidiness/cleanliness in a constant flow - lastly, if it is during the rush/busy hours, the toilet could be untidy because of continuous use However, we are discussing with the property owner for possibilities of improving the toilet area In the meantime, it would be really kind of our valued customers could kindly bear with us. Note: we take this issue seriously and will definitely try and keep it as tidy and clean as possible and to tue best of our ability -
