Bad service and the staff keep ignoring the customers they are all wearing headphones and not responding when you need them even the food wasn't good it was so oily and disgusting save your money and avoid it Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited Mozzarella in Manchester on a Saturday night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The restaurant was clearly busy, which is understandable for a weekend, but the waiting time for our order was over two hours, which felt excessive. When the food finally arrived, I was particularly let down by the gluten-free pizza. The presentation and overall quality did not meet expectations, especially after such a long wait. It was quite surprising and not up to the standard I would have hoped for. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Oh well. Anonymous rat.You waited for over an hour for food, true. the waiting time at the peak was 68 minutes. we served hundreds of good yidden that waited for chomotz for 2 weeks. they've been waiting for a Kosher restaurant in Manchester city centre for over 45 years. but an anonymous rat like you will damage the reputation of a business and will hurt the chances of survival - and who will suffer? the community. There will not be any waiting time if there is no restaurant. ungrateful rat.
