UPDATE: They called back 20 min later (after I posted the review and picture of the food in the garbage). They apologized and told me of the procedure to request an Ubereats refund or would give me a free order next time. I do appreciate that and wish them well with future customers. I know restaurant employees work hard and mistakes can be made. ORIGINAL: I had an Ubereats takeout order of vegetable fried rice. I specified no egg, and also added "vegan please". It came with egg pieces and a strong flavour of egg. I complained and even sent a picture upon their request (they do not believe their customers apparently). They asked me to bring it back and I explained that I am temporarily disabled. Despite all of this, they did not offer a refund, only denials. I never ever complain at restaurants, because I know they work hard, but this was a terrible experience. I hope they do better with other customers. It's always great to discover new restaurants and Mr Dumpling was a good find. Has just finished a shoot in Milton and went to the local Tim Hortons for a tea and soup. They were out of everything but Tea and Coffee. Strange. This is around 7 pm. So decided to drink some soup at Mr Dumplings opposite and so happy we did. The soup Hot and Sour soup, and the Wanton Soup were great. Just right. With some fried noodles thrown in. Good service, not pricey at all, good service and a nice clean place. The other dumplings seemed interesting but we were there just for soup. I'm going to find another Mr Dumpling and try out their other dishes. Please give this a try. You won't regret it.
