If I could give zero to the service I would, because I think it is the most horrible customer service in Santiago. I went to spend my birthday and it really was a horrible moment, the food took more than an hour to arrive, when it arrived, all the orders were incorrect, 3 dishes were missing from the order because the waiter took everything wrong, he didn't listen, he did whatever He didn't feel like it, he treated us very badly, he spoke rudely to us. 0/10 in professionalism. The food is not bad but it is not a big deal. The atmosphere is too noisy, unless you are in the private room, the noise is horriblelive music as well. Really, it was all wrongwhen it came time to pay, they charged us for things we didn't ask for and the cards they paid for were charged twice. There was never an apology and it was truly a horrible and uncomfortable experience for a birthday. I don't recommend it to anyone. The place is just beautiful but beyond that, nothing. MR. GRILLED I will give my humble opinion about this new place visited. The place is one of the cleanest and most organized places I have ever visited. The staff is very very friendly, all in their uniforms and very clean. The place is very colorful and well organized. The person who keeps the place decorated is very up to date, this place is really a 10/10 for me. The bathrooms are 10/10, the Bar 10/10, the parking 10/10, security in the parks. The beers are very cold and the food at the end... it has natural juices that are exquisite. We ordered an appetizer of Chivo and Chicken Balls, which are very good.. I ordered a shrimp fried rice, which were very good in flavor and good in portion.
