I came here after going to the court house for my citation. Wanted some Chinese food. The lady was very nice and the service was fast. They had a lot of varieties to choose from. The food is very good for its price. Would definitely come here again if I was in Morgan Hill but sadly I’m in San Jose. We have lived in Morgan Hill, CA since 2007. We on a monthly basis would order food from Mr. Hong's. We especially liked the family meal deals. I absolutely loved the Mongolian Beef. Over the years they stopped doing delivery and then the pandemic and apparently now you have to do doordash to get delivery. So today I couldn't resist getting the Mongolian Beef so I ordered delivery. I immediately called them to say please change the order so the orange chicken has the orange sauce on the side as they really overdo the orange sauce. I also wanted to add Broccoli Beef to the order. They would do neither which told me they were not making my order fresh despite the over $120 price. I informed them that despite my years of giving them business, I would no longer do business with them. I had contacted them within 5 minutes of placing the order. I also did not get the 2 orders of egg rolls I asked for. It isn't the place it was when we moved here and they obviously don't care any longer about the local community and clients they have had for years. This is my last order although I have loved their Mongolian Beef so much. If Panda Express would just start making Mongolian Beef, I'm a lifelong customer get it Panda Express!!! I also should have said that the Mongolian Beef was perfect before and now it is way too hot. They won't modify anything like they used to. I was on a first name basis with one of the owners who answered the phone. I won't go there again. They just lost all my business.
