My wife and I had gone in to try a new mexican spot in the area. When we got there around 2 pm. We noticed the restaurant was empty and no staff/host was there to greet the customers. Someone from the Kitchen came out and took our to go order. We ordered three gorditas. Which I had asked the lady taking our order the size of them. She basically said that they were small the size of a regular tortilla. Which I was fine with, so I ordered three gorditas de Chicharron. While our food was being prepped, she brought the tab over, and when I was examining the charges I noticed that she charged for extra meat. I then went back to grab menu to verify that the chcharron gorditas had one set price. No where in the menu said that they would charge extra for meat. I asked the lady why she had charged me extra, and she stated that she charged me for larger gorditas. Which then I asked her, that I had ordered regular sized gorditas... she said we'll I still have to charge me for the large gorditas since they were already made. I said whatever, I'm not going to go back in forth over 8 additional dollars.. I paid the total amount and left with the food. After I got home, and we tried the gorditas... I was even more disappointed. They were not made out of Chicharron but chunks of pork.. the dough(maza) was sweet. I didn't even finish a quarter of them because they were just very bad.
