The egg waffle took 20 min when there was no other customer! Totally dissapointed and then the waffle was not even cooked. They took that long for this result? never come back

The milk tea is good, but the bubble waffles is a bit too soft.

Mr panda is a new addition to Springvale. We tried the trio milk tea which had pudding, herb jelly and pearls. The tea itself was quite plain and woody. The toppings lacked flavour. The price is quite promising but the flavpur unfortunately is average.
