6:50pm saturday Nov 16 2024. You should be open. Your online order portal is open. I ordered and got charged. Shortly after I get a message that said my order was cancelled and I will receive a refund that could take up to several days. I call, no answer. I drive over, closed. Lights off. No sign. No explanation. Im sure I wasn't the only one. This is unacceptable. If you close turn off your online orderring so people dont get charged for nothing. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I've been a patron for over 20 years and I'll never be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
