If you want to remember Black Hill Lookout, come to this restaurant first. If you never turned out to degust Chinese cuisine, get your chance at Mr. Rice. You will be offered perfectly cooked laksa, spicy chicken and oysters.

What happened to Mr Rice!? Once one of my favourite Chinese food places in town, yesterday we got take away as a special occasion and I hate to say it was absolutely terrible. Lemon chicken - the chicken was so overcooked it was chewy, the batter soggy, the fried rice was mushy and flavourless as well as the Singapore noodles were bland. So disappointing. $60 spent and half of it went in the bin. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 3

Just had takeaway salt and pepper squid and a salt and pepper chicken. Both were the worst takeaways I’ve ever had in Ballarat. You should be ashamed!!
