Order through their website delivery had eta of 6:05. I called at 6:30 to ask about order they said they would call back. Never did. Call back 15 minutes later to tell them to cancel order since I was not going to be there anymore then they leave order outside. Rude women worker Meal type: Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing experience at Mr Rice. Waste of giving one star too. I ordered and paid for my food, but they did not provide the full order. When I politely asked about the missing items, they treated me as if I was trying to cheat them. I even showed proof of payment, but instead of resolving the issue, they argued with us. Their behavior toward customers was unacceptable. There was another customer in front of us who was also not treated respectfully. The staff were aggressive, confrontational, and even made comments about kicking us out. Rather than helping customers, they seemed to intimidate and blame them. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Customer service, professionalism, and respect for customers need significant improvement. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This situation never happened as confirmed by our security camera. Stop making fake accounts and posting false information. Posting bs here and trying to ruin the restaurant wont do any good for you as I will track you down. We have been in restaurants business 20+ years before even taking over mr.rice and in my time I have never seen so much hate and bs being posted by drivers and there made up story. We fully refund people if there is any issue with order as long as it is reasonable. On monday which is when this post originated there were very few in store customers that I remember everyone of them and this situation never even happened.

Mr Rice is our go to Chinese Food Takeout. Foods are fresh, tasty & not salty. Reliable service & on time delivery. Highly recommend Mr. Rice!
