Possibly some of the worst service we’ve had. Rocked up at 3pm for $1 dumpling hour. No one was there to serve us. 2 guys came out from kitchen, less than impressed to serve us. Told us they wouldn’t turn gas heaters on outside (low on gas apparently).
Apparently the front of house person was across the road, the guy who served us made it seem like we were such an inconvenience. Literally rolling his eyes in front of us, actually quite hilarious to observe.
A whole calamity of errors, staff all look unimpressed at being at work. Perhaps working in the hospo industry is not for them?
Ended up being overcharged for the dumplings.
Cocktails were the saving grace, however the service we received by the immature hospitality workers was enough not to make us want to come back. Ended up going down the road to Lightyears where we got amazing service.
