Mr beef Indeed ! Best meal we had in japan (and we had very good meals...). The various cuts were all delicious and we had a special treat: the owner, a young music & food entrepreneur, sat with us and gave us some background on the beef races , cuts etc. Down to their diet! Definitely the very best nice to eat when youre craving some meat :)
