very rude man answered the phone when I called to ask why my spicy wings werent spicy. he was arguing with me. kept calling me 'love '. Telling me it ain't his problem as he didnt make the menu.
He was an english guy. chubby and bald i have seen him in there before. quite old with a beard. I'm a regular customer but no way will I order again after the conversation I just had. the guy didnt even have the decency to apologies. Bloody disgusting customer service! they've just lost 2 very loyal customers!!

Ordered our meals tonight for the family it arrived late half was missing. Called they said they would send out the missing items after yet another delivery we were still missing my youngest sons meal. Another phonecall another delivery and most of our food was cold. Didn't realise our dinner tonight would be in 3 sittings

I ordered from mrs cod tonight got one lamb kebab and it was cold and hard as you like and I also got chicken kebab what was hot but meat was still pink and found something what I couldn’t explain
