You can always enjoy tasty brownies and perfectly cooked biscuits at this confectionary restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff is inattentive as a number of visitors note. Cool service is something guests agree upon here. But many clients who use Google didn't give Mrs. Fields a high rating.

Horrible !!! Only If zero star was an option. Purchased 2 bubble tea items, hardly no ice no more tapioca was available. Asked for Milk drink and received water little ice and tons of syrup!!!! Associates seemed bothered working there Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1

I feel quite disappointed I paid for a heart cake and they gave me something totally horrible and even reluctantly they are only waiting to collect and no longer of what the customer wants I would never buy again there is the cashier very Hateful Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time trying Mrs. fields and I loved it. The freshness of the cookies were right on point. My favorite, macadamia nut. The customer service was top notch. The lady in charge was super sweet & professional.
