I was intrigued by the place just discovering it on Google maps as a side quest before we go to Luna Beach Club. Had no clue it was inside a university. We came only to know the place was closed due to an event. It was highly disappointing because their Google maps indicated it was open. When I complained about it, staff still shifted the blame to me and said they already announced it on their ig...well frankly this place isnt that popular nor are they searchable on Instagram. Easy solution is just change your status to "Closed" As a cafe open to public, I expected their hospitality to fulfill basic standards at a minimum. Culinary and hospitality go hand in hand. It's not just about the food that makes a cafe great. Coffee wasnt that good tbh. Pastry was great. Poor experience overall for a first impression in a very nice university that ironically focuses on the hospitality industry. There's even a set of guidelines at some pillars of the school that wasn't followedShould take a long hard look at how the cafe represents the university as one of the primary touchpoints for the public to get to know about this place. Sad and missed opportunity.
