Vegan food made by a registered dietician and vegan cooking instructor. The food is made with love and presented in its simple beauty. The flavors here excite the taste with two types of tofu, two types of sushi rolls, miso soup, sweet food and pickled food, plus an earthy and pleasant barley tea to accompany the meal. Two sisters own the restaurant and both are polite, kind, and friendly. We ended up sharing photos and site suggestions for each of us. It is a small restaurant, not too busy, which allows them to put forth the health and passion into their food. A Must -visit when in the area! Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Vegan Sushi, Vegan Bento Box Vegetarian options: All vegan.

The best vegan sushi I've ever had. The meal was well balenced and left me satisfied, not stuffed. The owner was very knowledgeable about vegan/ macrobiotic cooking. It only has 4 tables and is on the third floor. Well worth the visit.
