Sauce, the fish and shrimp plate, and a plate of popcorn shrimp. I began to notice that other tables had chips and a small “principio” soup. Kind was wondering if chips and soup were extra. We got our drinks and waited...still wanting some chips at least. Well no chips, no soup! To add the server brings us the two dozen of oysters with no plates, crackers, tobasco, silverware or napkins to eat!! 😡 So at this point, We’re like okay hopefully the food is good. I even had to ask the server if the chips and soup were extra; her reply, “aye, se me olvidio.” We’re literally sitting with two dozen of oysters in-front of us with nothing to eat them with for at least 10min. Then the server brings out the popcorn shrimp for my girls to share. Next, she brings a plate out and it was the wrong plate. I asked for a fish plate and she brought me shrimp??!! WTF 🤬 so I sent it back. All in all, I’m looking at all the food that is going out and no one seems to catch on this server doesn’t know what to do. again, I’m giving the restaurant to e benefit of the doubt to continue waiting for my food. The thought has already crossed our heads to just walk out. The server comes back and asks if we are ready for our bill; my husband responds we are still waiting for our food. Her reply yet again, “aye si de me olvidio.” Mind you other managers and servers have come to ask us if everything is okay and we told this was our first time and we are stuck with a new server who had forgotten our food. At this point, I’m hungry it’s been over an hour and I’ve only eaten a few oysters because I was waiting for the rest of the food. We ended up waking out and having to pay for the two dozen oysters and two beers. They “comped” the drinks my daughters and I had plus the kids plate of popcorn shrimp. Nope 👎 doubt if I’ll go back ... We ended up coming back to Mission to eat Antojitos Mexicanos #whorunsthisjoint
