Service was lovely, ordered at 2.30 got tea for one, small coffee and a scone with jam and cream, when I ordered the scone they said they were out of cream and would give me more butter and jam, when our order was ready they didn’t give us the hot water for the tea and the cups were dirty and no extra butter and jam. Whoever the girl was on coffees around 12pm was the rudest person I’ve ever been served by, not just to me but two other people who were asking simple things, the rolling of her eyes was not necessary. Absolutely disgusting, not to mention the coffee she made went straight in the bin because it tasted horrible. I would never come to this muffin break again.
