My 83 year old mother has just advised me of the truly awful service provided by Muffin Break TTP. She ordered and paid for food to take by taxi to a very ill friend. When she collected two bags from Muffin Break she was unaware they had given her two muffins. One in each bag. Not the expensive tartlets she had ordered. After getting to her friend in Hope Valley and realising what had happened she tried ringing. No response. So took a taxi back to TTP where the manager refused to do anything about it. Two things to say. 1) must be doing very badly as a franchise to not be able to refund an 83 year old $20.00 2) Shame on you as a business. Totally unacceptable. Feel free to reply to this review to make amends. I’m not beyond acknowledging when someone admits to poor service and behaviour. Will happily amend the review. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
