Management need to teach their staff how to treat customers. Most mornings I stop for a coffee a day before I came I asked for a extra hot coffee but the guy didn’t do that no problem today 23rd nov 2024 I came as they opened spoke to the waiter telling him please tell them to make it extra hot as the previous time it wasn’t made extra hot, the barista thought it’s okay to talk shit in Zulu about us thinking we didn’t understand him this is absolutely unprofessional we didn’t say whether he was there or not we just asked please make it extra hot. I might not be a sit in customer but buying two coffees 3/4 times a week should mean something. Learn to respect all people. I was in the shopping center by myself and I wanted just a hot chocolate but because I'm a kid on his own my service was slow when the place was basically empty. It took ten minutes for 1 hot chocolate a d when I asked for the bill they took 15 minutes to give it to me. Hot chocolate was good though. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Breakfast, Mugg & Bean Breakfast Bagel, Burger and Fries
