I have to underline the excellent Service WENDY gave us. She was absolutely kind, attentive and always had a smile on her face. This woman deserves a raise!! We were here for the first time since we are tourists but would come here again. P.S. Food is also quite nice :) Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The Manager, Paulus. Hello, this is just a short note of appreciation regarding EXCELLENT service in your group. I am from Gauteng and frequently visit Mugg & Bean on my travels as there is a meal on your menu that I just love, (MEDITERRANEAN VEG). The service I received from RIAAN (waiter) whilst in Plettenberg Bay unquestionably way surpasses any other that I have made use of. The friendliness and attention to detail was astounding and this was topped by the quality and amount of toppings of the meal. Each morning whilst on holiday there for a 10 day stint I went back there for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A level of service like this is most unusual in South Africa and I can gladly recommend the service and food to all of my friends and colleagues. Thanks again for making our breakfasts so memorable.
