Arrived at 10:20 and only received a menu at 10:50. I ordered a water, and the waitress only came to take my food order at 12:00. I wasn’t in a rush, so I chose not to complain at the time and rather observed how things unfolded. As a manager, I would appreciate this kind of feedback, so I wanted to share the experience. I ordered the toasted chicken mayo, and unfortunately it was not up to the standard I’m used to from other Mugg & Bean branches in Gauteng. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
