This is one of the most unique baking "labs" in Puerto Rico. Genuine Japanese style baking is something new and fresh that will wake your senses. First impression was very good. Attention to detail is evident. Bread textures are seamlessly paired with fillings and baking is on-point. We just tried some savory creations (pictures) that were excellent. Still have some other pastries (quite extensive creations) to taste but I think they will be just as good. I'll definitely return soon and pick up more. You should do the same! BTW. They now have a physical spot in Rio Piedras on Saturdays.

I was born and grew up in Japan. The traditional Japanese pasties they make is the best of each kind I have ever had hands down! And other bread and pastries I have tried have been done to perfection. You can also taste how much care and love they put into each one of them. I have never dreamed of having authentic Japanese bread in Puerto Rico! I haven’t been able to go back to Japan since the pandemic and their bread brings me feel like I am back home. I am looking forward to trying all of their creations!
