We genuinely thought this was a proper restaurant based on the food photos displayed outside, but once inside it felt more like a neglected bar with no atmosphere. No music, sticky floors, sticky tables, and an overall uncomfortable environment. We still decided to give it a chance, which turned out to be a mistake. The chicken was undercooked in several parts and honestly not enjoyable at all. Basic food safety aside, the taste itself was disappointing. We also asked for mayonnaise with our fries, which is a very standard request, but it was refused without any logic. Ironically, mayonnaise was served with the broccoli, which made absolutely no sense. The foreign staff member simply replied, “We can’t give you mayonnaise, this is not a set,” with no effort to accommodate or even explain properly. My colleague couldn’t finish his plate, and the only safe choice we made was ordering a sealed bottle of Perrier. To make things worse, the toilets were in an unacceptable condition. Dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly shocking. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ¥6,000–7,000
