Really wanted to support this local shop & have a good experience. Unfortunately, my sister & I had a barista who when we approached the counter was not very engaged, busy & seemed like we were bothering her by asking questions since it was our first time there. It was super busy so the barista was obviously doing more than one task at a time. We were patient to order but she didn't stop multitasking when she asked for our orders. & her behaviors & the way she talked to us was disappointing & soured our experience. Can barely remember how the drink & food were because all I can remember is how we were treated & felt. Will try this place again because it's local & I want to support the mission but would hope next time will be a better experience. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Mundial coffee was just ok. The customer service and ambiance was nice. As everyone was friendly and welcoming. Just on our 2nd visit to try more the staff were very frazzled unlike the 1st time we came in. The inside and outside are very well maintained. Love a place that takes pride in their establishment. On to the food and drinks. Everything was just ok Blueberry bread basic at best. Dirty horchata had a real good coffee flavor but had way too much cinnamon. Which took away from the yummy coffee flavor. Americano was a good strong coffee. Strawberry matcha was ok but needed some type of sweetener. Wish they would have said it wasn't gonna be plain. Chai latte was ok but needed more sweetener and we had them add brown sugar but it was still wasn't enough. Mushroom coffee was not good at all and we've had some good mushroom coffee before but this one was horrible lol. This place just isn't our cup of coffee. I wish them much success! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I went here to meet up with a friend. The inside of the coffee house was welcoming with plants, books, and other items. The server was kind and welcoming, everyone else seem annoyed or distant. I ordered three drinks and I requested my Lavender Latte with No Foam, which she wrote on my cup, but when I got my drink, 1/4 of it was foam! My drink barely tasted like lavender and when I asked for raw sugar for my son’s unsweetened matcha, the person was questioning the type of sugar I wanted. I told her that there was no raw sugar where the condiments were, only artificial sweetener. This experience made me rethink going back to this place or recommend it to someone. I’ll be going to Lift, which is literally across the street for coffee, a similar atmosphere, and better drinks. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Vegan drink options but there’s an up charge for the milk.

Even if it wasn’t mentioned at the time, we want guests to feel comfortable speaking up so we can fix it on the spot.We share a large parking lot with plenty of available spaces for our guests, so parking is usually not an issue. We also do not charge extra for non-dairy or vegan milks—any milk choice is included in the drink price.For sweeteners, we offer options like brown sugar, cane sugar, sugar packets, artificial sweeteners, and flavored syrups; our team may ask a follow-up question just to make sure we’re giving you the flavor you’re looking for.That said, it’s clear we didn’t leave you with the experience we want our guests to have. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate another chance to make things right. Please feel free to ask for a manager or owner next time you’re in so we can take care of you personally.-Jason
