Excellent restaurant in the heart of Rijeka! A great selection of fresh fish, seafood, and perfectly cooked meat dishes. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is friendly and professional. The central location and pleasant atmosphere make it a perfect place for lunch or dinner. Amazing food and exceptional service! I was served by a young blonde lady and a more mature gentleman, and both provided impeccable service throughout the evening. I especially enjoyed the sea bream with garlic sauce and lemon. I also ordered the Swiss chard and potatoes as a side dish, and they went perfectly with the slightly toasted flatbread recommended by the gentleman — especially when dipped in olive oil and garlic sauce. I’m very happy I chose to dine there tonight, and I’ll definitely come back if I visit Rijeka again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–25 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Meine 1. negative Restaurantbewertung überhaupt! Die Fakten: 14 Tage Adria - also essen wir jeden Tag in einem anderen Fischrestaurant. Der Fine Grill Municipium in Rijeka war leider ein Reinfall. 2 gegrillte Octopus-Fangarme mit öligen Kartoffeln für 23,50€ pro Portion. Octopus war zäh, geschmacklos, verbrannt und gummiartig. Bin kein Fachmann, aber für mich nicht gerade „fangfrisch“. Reklamation bei zwei Bedienungen ergebnislos. Nun ja, es gibt genug Fischrestaurants in Rijeka! My first negative restaurant review ever! The facts: 14 days on the Adriatic – so we ate at a different fish restaurant every day. The Fine Grill Municipium in Rijeka was unfortunately a disappointment. Two grilled octopus tentacles with oily potatoes for €23.50 each. The octopus was tough, tasteless, burnt, and rubbery. I'm no expert, but it wasn't exactly "freshly caught" for me. Complaints to two waiters were unsuccessful. Oh well, there are enough fish restaurants in Rijeka! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch
