We went here with some friends for an early dinner. They had eaten here before and suggested it. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately that is where the good news ends. The food was not good. My wife ordered the corned beef and cabbage, took one bite and made a face and pushed the plate away. I ordered the Shepherds Pie and it tasted like baked potatoes on top of unseasoned hamburger. The waiter immediately offered to bring my wife a different dinner which was acceptable ( chicken Parm) but I don't think we will be back... Update. The owner Ann ( who by the way was there during our visit, and was very nice, and personable) immediately responded to my review, with an apology that we were unhappy with our experience (a very cool thing in itself and worth an update to my review. ) Because of this, and the friendly and helpful waiter, maybe we will give Murph's another try in the future.
