This is NOT an Irish pub to begin with, not even by North American standards. They don't carry Killkenny or Smithwick's or serve fish and chip. They cannot even pronounce Murphy's the right way. But for the gentrified locals who work 45 hours a week and only need a place to have a beer or 2, this place surrounded by big boxes and electronics stores is all they could ask for. The food is both expensive and mediocre. The beer selection is decent, if not particularly Irish.
