At Murray kaslik, I used to consider this restaurant one of my favorite places to visit, unfortunately, my most recent experience at their open buffet was extremely disappointing. The buffet area was overwhelmingly crowded, far beyond what the space or service capacity could reasonably handle. It was nearly impossible to approach the stations, and even after waiting for the crowd to decrease, many dishes remained empty for long periods due to very slow refilling. The sushi section, in particular, was quite disappointing. Initially, a sushi boat was presented with a decent selection; however, once it emptied, which happened within minutes, guests were left waiting a considerable amount of time just to receive a few pieces. Only three staff members were preparing very basic sushi varieties, mostly limited to crab rolls and occasional salmon with mango on top. The lack of variety and the long waiting time significantly affected the overall dining experience. To be fair, the dessert section was the only highlight of the evening, offering a pleasant selection and better organization. Overall, I left feeling genuinely disappointed, especially since I had been looking forward to this visit. I hope the management reassesses the buffet organization and replenishment process to restore the quality experience the restaurant once offered. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The portions were generous and actually filling, not those tiny plates that look fancy but leave you hungry. The food tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and you can tell they care about quality ingredients. The staff were super welcoming and attentive without being annoying — they kept checking in just enough to make sure everything was good. The place itself was spotless, from the tables to the restrooms, which always says a lot about a restaurant. Overall the atmosphere, service, and food were all on point. Terrible Service, Empty Promises, Zero Accountability My experience at Murray Kaslik was absolutely unacceptable. The waiters were clearly untrained and clueless, and the floor manager was completely incompetent, with zero communication or management skills. There was constant miscommunication between the staff, leading to mistakes, delays, and total confusion. No one took responsibility, and it felt like the restaurant was operating without leadership or basic organization. To make things worse, the operation manager called us afterward to ask what had happened and assured us he would follow up. As expected, we never heard back. Empty promises and zero accountability. The final insult was the takeaway packing. When we asked to take our leftovers, the pizza was shoved into plastic containers with all the slices stacked on top of each other, completely smashed and ruined. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. Overall, this place shows no respect for customers or service standards. Bad service, bad management, and no follow-through. I would not recommend Murray Kaslik to anyone. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
