The sisters who speak Turkish are friendly and the food is great. There is no such thing as forced tipping like the places next to them. The raw borek is very filling and beautiful. I discovered a restaurant with traditional food, Musafir Efendi, near lupoaica, in the Old Center of Constanta. I ate a suberek exactly as my mother used to make, and a super cheese. The wedding soup, toy soup and it was very good (but with chicken meat)... The location looks good, very clean, furnished in a typical Tătătese style, service is ok, they made the suberek on the spot, in front of us. At the moment, they only have a few Tatar dishes, but next year they will diversify. They have kobete, geantik, Tataras, Tatar baklava, compote, rice with milk, etc. I asked what else they will cook and I can't wait for them to put them on the menu....kasikborek, fried guidem with beans, botca-pilaf....I recommend you go and try something traditional. I'm also on boltfood. The owners are Tatars.
