Death metal rock bar with music such as Slipknot, Metallica, Pantera and such. Had just one drink and went out, but i really like it. My friend who was with me is not into rock music, therefore she wanted to go, but i wanted to stay. Would love to come in with my heavy rock metal music liking friends. Very interesting. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

The bar is easy to miss, but when xou find your way there, you find a precious island of community in the busy and flashy Ikebukuro. I was welcomed very kindly and despite my Japanese being close to nonexistent, the employees and guests did their best to include me. Add to that that the music is excellent and that people sppntaneously decide to sing along and you just have a very warm and welcoming place. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
