Unfortunately, for us Musiu was a big let-down. Which is a shame, because the place is beautiful, the chairs super comfortable, the service impeccable and the dishes look great. They do not taste great, however. Only the ceviche was perfect. Everything else had faults that at this price point, in a city were you can east so well, are hard to justify. The risotto was incredibly salty, the meat way overcooked compared to how I ordered it (it came well done instead of rare), the pasta was overcooked, as well, and the Pisco Sour cocktail was very, very weak. We did not send the food back just because we hate food going to waste, but it should not be necessary to ponder whether to send the food back for all dishes except one. Two stars is a harsh rating, for me, but at this price point the food should really be prepared as. ordered, taste goos and not just look good. Unfortunately, not recommended, although reading all the positive reviews, I understand we might have been unlucky. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₲200,000+ Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
