Great Mathai, but Room for Improvement Mutwali Mathai is a must-visit spot in Bahrain for fresh and crispy mathai. The taste is authentic, and it’s a great gift to take from Bahrain! The prices are very reasonable, making it worth the visit. However, the place is always busy, and parking is very limited, so plan ahead. The staff are serious—probably because of how hectic it gets—but a smile would go a long way in improving the customer experience. The shop could also improve its packaging, making it more suitable for gifting. Adding more staff on weekends would help manage the rush better.
