Luckily you can try Italian cuisine. The only thing that disappoints when you visit this restaurant is the boorish staff. Prompt service is something visitors like here. Most of the time, Muzza Novare provides you with the cool atmosphere. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone based on what happened during my visit. From the start, the service was extremely poor and unorganized. I ordered a pizza and was told it would not take long, but I ended up waiting for more than 70 minutes. That’s over an hour of sitting and waiting with no proper updates or apologies from the staff. What made things worse was the lack of honesty — I was told several times that my food was “almost ready,” but clearly it wasn’t. When the pizza finally arrived, it was not even well done. The crust was undercooked, the toppings poorly spread, and overall it looked and tasted like something rushed out at the last minute just to get it over with. The service throughout the evening was unhelpful, inattentive, and lacked any sense of professionalism. No one seemed to care that customers were waiting excessively long or receiving food of such low quality. It completely ruined my evening and turned what was supposed to be a nice meal into a very bad experience. Definitely not worth the time, money, or frustration.
