A restaurant is not just about food. It is also about hospitality, respect, and the way customers are treated. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We arrived on Saturday at 2:00 p.m., while the posted closing time was 2:30 p.m. Despite arriving within business hours, an excuse was made to avoid serving us. To make matters worse, we were directed to a restaurant in the neighboring town, supposedly open. After driving there, we found it was closed as well. A simple phone call or quick check would have avoided wasting our time. Unexpected situations can happen, but a lack of consideration for customers' time is much harder to understand and accept.
