My experience at My Pollo was extremely frustrating. From the moment I walked in, communication was a major challenge. It was very difficult to explain my order and ask basic questions because the staff and I were unable to communicate effectively. As a result, there was confusion about what I ordered, and the food I received was not what I expected. The service was slow, and when I tried to address the issue, I couldn't get clear answers or assistance. Instead of resolving the problem, the situation became even more frustrating due to the language barrier. Customer service should include making sure customers can communicate their needs and concerns. On top of that, the food quality was disappointing and not worth the price I paid. Between the poor service, order mistakes, and communication problems, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
