Short version of the review: Unsatisfactory experience with no reservation confirmation via WhatsApp and unfriendly rejection at the entrance, despite visibly free tables. Poor communication spoils the overall impression. Detailed version of the review: We tried to reserve a table via WhatsApp at lunchtime but received no response from the restaurant. Assuming there might still be room, we drove to the restaurant at 9 p.m. We were stopped at the entrance by a waiter who rejected us with a dismissive gesture and the words “no, full”. However, contrary to his statement, several tables were obviously unoccupied. The experience was disappointing, especially in terms of customer service and manner of communication. Clear and polite communication is essential to providing guests with a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant failed not only in terms of reservations, but also in direct interaction with us as potential guests. It is crucial that guests feel welcome and valued, which was not the case in this case. Service: 1

Perfect place for dinner with incredible views. Their special is the burgers, which by the way are spectacular. The prices are very affordable and the attention from the waiter service is excellent. We were assisted by a boy named Adrian who from the beginning had a very close relationship with us and made us feel very comfortable, a true professional. 100% recommendable.
