I was friendly and polite to the server Giovanni. He took my order, then served the next people. He then handed me my receipt and said 'coffee' and pointed to where the coffee was being made. He didn't say I had to hand in the receipt there. After people who were served after me got their coffee, I realised I had to hand my receipt in. I did so, and it was made. Iwas not given the croissant I ordered. I asked, and then it appeared that Giovanni had been meant to give it to me at the beginning. When I asked him why I hadn't, he looked blankly at me and just said 'what'. The food was also not good Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There is a reason the other bar has a long line and no one is here. This place used to be good, but no longer. Coffee was bad. Service was worst. Lighting and design says go away. Price per person: €1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great staff member on the checkout lots of fun and great English Food salads and sandwich all good couldn’t fault it for the price That tall guy on the till THANKS FOR MAKING US SMILE in a boring situation Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Wife had the mozzarella salad very happy good value Me the bresaola also great
