First off, the food and service were amazing! I got the spare ribs, cheddar and herb biscuit, and ginger lemonade. The spare ribs were so tender with a smoky, bold flavor that went perfectly with the sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. The biscuits were fluffy and rich, with the cheddar cheese adding a nice contrast to the herbs. And the ginger lemonade was a refreshing citrusy drink with a subtle spicy kick. My wife and I were driving from Aguada into Rincón and remembered our buddy Ilee over at Mystic smoke and then we got hungry. You will not be disappointed the brisket mac & cheese is so good. It was gone before I could take a picture. Lol Go there it’s a must. Best barbecue in Rincón. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been eating at MysticSmoke Barbaricu regularly for about a year since moving to the Rincón area, and it’s easily some of the best BBQ in Rincón. The brisket has great flavor, the ribs are always tender, and the pulled pork is consistently excellent. The jerk wings are also a standout. Don’t skip the batata and Mac & Cheese on the side—it’s a perfect match with the smoked meats. What really sets this place apart is the passion behind the food. The owner clearly takes pride in serving authentic smoked BBQ, and you can taste the care that goes into everything coming out of the smoker. If you’re visiting Rincón, Puerto Rico or exploring the west coast and craving real barbecue, this spot is absolutely worth stopping for. Great food, friendly service, and one of those local hidden gems in Rincón that keeps you coming back. Pro tip: Get there early because the most popular items can sell out.
